Upload an image of your cash register receipt dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Location with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, May 7, 2023.

• OR, visit mobilpromotions.us/napareward and print the mail-in offer form. Print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included) and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and

• Mail the original receipt dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Location with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed mail-in offer form, received by May 14, 2023 to:

If you submit an online claim, you will be able to select either a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card during the submission process. If you choose a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file upon approval. If you choose a physical card, it will be sent to the mailing address on file upon approval. If you submit a mail-in claim that is approved, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the mailing address on file.

Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of your Visa Prepaid Card following the receipt and verification of all required documentation.

Yes. Visa Prepaid Cards expire, so pay close attention to the expiration date. The card can be used until the last day of the month it expires.
