To receive your rebate(s):
Purchase Eligible Products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period; and
Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at mobilpromotions.us/delvacrebate. Upload an unaltered image of your cash register receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, December 7, 2023. You must complete a separate online offer form for each receipt with Eligible Products.
To receive approval on an online purchase, you must upload the invoice and final delivery or pick-up receipt for your qualifying purchase, provided by the participating retailer.
OR, print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and
Mail the original unaltered receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed mail-in offer form,
Claim must be received by December 14, 2023
If you are submitting a mail-in offer form, you must complete a new form for each receipt with Eligible Products.
Receiving your Visa Prepaid Card
If you submit an online claim, you will be able to select either a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card during the submission process. If you choose a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you choose a physical card, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on file.
If you submit a mail-in claim that is approved, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on the mail-in offer form.
Rebate conditions: Rebate is valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Eligible products can be purchased together on one (1) receipt or purchased separately and combined in one (1) envelope. Rebate limits for each eligible product and product size are defined above. Each rebate request must contain the original offer form and original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period. Rebate eligible for in-stock items only. Limited to purchases made at participating retailers. Not valid on purchases made at non-participating retailers. Excludes online purchases made at Amazon.com. Please allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of the Visa Prepaid Card. Pay close attention to the expiration date of the card. Card expires six (6) months from the date of issuance. Please see the Cardholder Agreement for additional terms and conditions. Valid only for individual consumers ("Participants"); requests from businesses, groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Cannot be combined with any offer, coupon, or discount card. No requests for exchanges or cash equivalent for the prepaid card will be considered, and no substitutions will be made. Incomplete, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or Offer forms of any kind, or receipts or offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests above the stated limit will not be honored or returned. The return of any Visa Prepaid Cards as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Offer. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ExxonMobil ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding. Participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold ExxonMobil and the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Participant in connection with the Mobil Legacy of Performance Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Mobil Legacy of Performance Purchase Offer.
